Job Description
An ambitious mixed veterinary surgeon with experience in leadership is sought to join a busy midland-based hospital as a Clinical Director.
The hospital is a 50/30/20 split of small, large and equine patients and has standard equipment including digital x-ray, Idexx blood analysis and large animal surgery.
The role leads the practice in ensuring the best level of care for clients and their animals, with the opportunity to develop personal interests and put a personal stamp on the practice.
Responsibilities include overseeing the general running of the practice, working with the team and Area Support Manager to develop the clinic's direction, and developing and leading best practice policies.
Requirements include competence in all large animal scenarios, excellent clinical skills, personable communication and leadership knowledge or appreciation.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, passionate and able to work well within a team and lead it when required.
