Job Description
Seeking an ambitious mixed veterinary surgeon with leadership experience to lead a busy midland-based hospital as Clinical Director.
The hospital is a 50/30/20 split of small, large, and equine animals, with state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, Idexx blood analysis, and equine x-ray facilities.
About the Role:
- Lead the practice in delivering exceptional care to clients and their animals
- Oversee the general running of the practice, with a focus on large animal care
- Develop and lead the clinic's direction, working with the team and Area Support Manager
- Develop interests and put personal stamp on the practice
Responsibilities:
- Excellent clinical skills in all large animal scenarios
- Personable and effective communicator
- Leadership and management knowledge or appreciation
- Focus on clinical excellence and best practice policies
