Seeking an experienced leader to head national sales for a highly successful career agency system, partnering with 60 firms and 7,500 advisors to support clients in securing their futures and protecting loved ones.

Job Description:

We are a collaborative organization, and the MMFA sales team is comprised of 70 sales, distribution, and advanced sales professionals focused on helping advisors and brokers provide protection solutions to clients.

  • Dedicated sales teams for life, disability, and annuity products
  • Advanced sales team of attorneys and professionals
  • Agency brokerage team
  • Internal sales desk

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Mass Mutual Financial Advisors, the Head of National Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales plan for individual life insurance, individual disability, and annuity sales within MMFA.

  • Manage sales support for these product lines for advisors and brokers
  • Drive product awareness, sales solutions, and alignment with partners in the field
  • Build partnerships with other home office key partners and field advisory groups
  • Provide leadership and oversight for hiring, developing, and managing 70 sales and advanced sales professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of successful sales and distribution management experience
  • Applicable FINRA registrations (6 or 7, 24, and 63) and insurance licenses

Salary Range: $190,000 - $300,000 + Variable Incentive Compensation
