Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning Specialist to conduct thorough cleaning of apartments after tenant move-outs, preparing them for new residents.
Vardis Group is a leading provider of cleaning services in Dublin City and Suburbs. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of apartments after tenant move-outs, following specific cleaning checklists and reporting on the condition of the property.
- Collaborate with the industrial cleaning team during periods of high demand.
- Operate independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Complete necessary paperwork and email reports on the condition of apartments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Full, clean driver's license.
- Experience in industrial cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in using basic computer applications for email and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
