They are seeking an experienced motor claims handler to join an established team. Your new role Providing excellent customer service and capturing all detailed information accurately. Dealing with all communication from claimants, assessors, garages and solicitors. Your duties will include but not be limited all external communication proactively to ensure the early and cost-effective resolution of all settlements of claims in a professional and fair manner with all concerned an allotted workload of claims through to final Motor claimsWork with the team and leaders to identify process improvements What you'll need to succeed The right applicant will be APA qualified ideally, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is desired to have at least 2 years of experience of motor damage but not necessary as other insurance claims exposure will be considered. You will be an enthusiastic team player, ability to multitask & prioritise queries. Must have claims insurance experience. What you'll get in return You will be offered a competitive salary based on your level of experience, up to €47,000, and be part of the company bonus structure.
