We are delighted to partner with this materials management leader as they grow their team in Dublin. They are now seeking to hire an MRF Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the General Manager, as MRF Manager you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of materials processing activities and colleagues across production lines in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience leading diverse team in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate will own the entire materials management process. Key Responsibilities: Ownership and direction of daily operations for the site. Building and continuing to uphold best in class quality standards while ensuring production targets are met. Responsibility for overall Health and Safety aspects. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and plan headcount according to business needs. Requirements: Strong background of production/operations management. Experience working with complex/technical equipment and related hazards. Experience leading diverse teams.
