Job Description
Serve as a primary contact for fund managers and investors, providing best-in-class investor services and meeting service level agreements. Key responsibilities include day-to-day investor services, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve client needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and investors.
* Meet delivery of services to clients against pre-agreed service level agreements.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate with investors and fund managers professionally and compliantly.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and resolve complex issues.
* Participate in onboarding process of new clients and identify opportunities to improve current processes.
* Ensure awareness of and adherence to key TA controls and deliver client month-end deliverables.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in hedge fund administration or a similar role.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and cope with increased workloads.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of hedge fund processing is a strong advantage.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
