Job Title: Multi-Skilled EngineerLocation: Telford area, ShropshireRecruitment Drive: Due to site automation, expansion and £MM CAPEX InvestmentSalary: £54,000+ £5K bonus and overtime AND SITE BONUSContract Type: PermanentOur client is looking for Multi-skilled Engineers for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world-renowned production manufacturing facility. This state-of-the-art facility is a fast-paced challenging workplace with best-in-class training and progression opportunities.The facility is an automated process and packaging production facility on a large scale, working alongside several hundred engineers. We're talking cutting-edge processes and automation here.We are open to considering all Electrical and Mechanical Engineers from various manufacturing environments, including Ex-Military engineers with manufacturing experience such as Royal Navy, Air Force, HM Forces or equivalent backgrounds.Key Responsibilities - Multi-Skilled EngineerService, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.Examine machinery and equipment and report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.Share good ideas to form mini-projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications.Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled EngineerONC - Multi-skilled Engineering.Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance or similar manufacturing.HND or HNC Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.What We Can Offer to a Multi-Skilled EngineerFull £4,000 training for a multi-skilled engineer.£5K bonus.Overtime.Excellent pension.Flexible benefits: subsidised canteen, cycle to work, and more.Death in service x 3.For more information on this role, please contact Mike Butler on (url removed).Candidates currently in roles such as Multi-skilled Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Aeronautical Engineer, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Royal Navy Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Military Vehicle Mechanic, Process Engineer, or any equivalent background will be suitable for the role.Omega is an employment business specializing in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Energy & Renewables and Tech sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
