Results-driven sales leader with a passion for foodservice industry. Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives, inspire and coach a high-performing team, build strong customer relationships, and drive year-on-year growth.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives with key trade partners and customers
- Inspire and coach a high-performing team of account managers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Oversee commercial propositions and develop team's commercial acumen
- Engage in shaping business strategies
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in senior sales role, preferably in Irish market
- Strong track record in sales, leadership, and customer relationships
- Knowledge of foodservice market and trends (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Requirements:- Full driving license
- Travel and occasional overnight stays
