Results-driven sales leader sought for National Account Controller role in Dublin, driving sales growth and customer relationships in the foodservice industry.
Reporting directly to the Country Lead, this role offers a unique opportunity for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in the foodservice or a similar sector. Our client operates in over 70 markets worldwide, offering a portfolio of world-class food brands.
Key responsibilities include leading and executing strategic sales initiatives, inspiring and developing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with key customers and head office stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives with key trade partners and end customers
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account managers
- Build and maintain strong head office relationships with key customers
- Oversee commercial propositions and develop the commercial acumen of the team
- Actively engage in shaping business strategies as part of the management team
- Lead by example to ensure the consistent delivery of sales and profit targets
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the Irish market
- A strong track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of the foodservice market and trends (preferred but not essential)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to drive strategy
