My client is actively looking for a Senior Web Applications Developer with strong experience working with C# and Javascript for a long term daily rate contract based in Galway. Hybrid working options are available for this contract There is currently a need for a .Net Software Developer (Senior) to develop .Net-based software in support of services provided by the client. The Senior Software Developer will input through the full cycle from requirements gathering, through to software build and deployment and delivery to the customer. Technologies used to develop include .NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript with SQL Server 2019+, Azure DevOps Responsibilities: Design and develop software systems based on and SQL Server; Reporting to daily scrum; User requirements definition and communication with internal clients; Design and development of new software functionality; Maintenance of software using the .Net framework including ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, Angular JS, LINQ, JQuery, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps; Integration of code testing and continuous delivery; Providing input to project plans and status reports. Requirements: .Net Software Development Four years experience of developing software applications based on the Microsoft .Net Core, C#, with SQL Server database development (stored procedures, triggers), in an Agile development environment. Software Development Process Four years experience of working with a structured software development processes, including code testing frameworks e.g. and continuous delivery tools and source code management using Azure Devops, TFS or GitHub. Requirements Analysis and Software Design Experience with developing user requirements for new software functionality including through user stories and converting requirements into software designs. Experience with delivery of software for ISO or similar quality-accredited environments.
