Job Description
12-month contract, hybrid remote(2 days a week onsite) based in Dublin City Center. We are seeking a .Net Developer, Full Stack development, primarily using Microsoft technologies, and minimum of 5 years experience in Web Software Development. Key Tasks/ Responsibilities: Maintenance, support, development, and testing of new and existing ICT systems. Lead and contribute to new and existing software. Contribute to technical decision-making within the ICT department. Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation. Estimation of work and agreement of deadlines with stakeholders. Report to internal and external stakeholders on project progress. Development and implementation of resolutions to bugs/Issues. Peer review code IT Skills Strong skills & experience in Full Stack development primarily using Microsoft technologies Knowledge of Azure AD and Graph API Strong skills & experience with Web-related Security issues, identity, authentication mechanisms, interoperability with OpenID (Typescript/JavaScript, CSS/SASS/Bootstrap, XSL/XML, AJAX/JQuery, .NET Core framework 3.1, C# and T-SQL) Knowledge of .NET libraries, Document Object Model etc. Skills/Experience in Object Oriented Design/Development. Skills/Experience in the MVC framework and microservices. Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/TSQL essential. Familiarity with design patterns. Familiarity with interoperability issues. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years practical experience in Web Software Development. Worked on a variety of small/medium projects. Direct responsibility for writing code. Direct responsibility on a medium project for all stages of the software development lifecycle from analysis through to test, deployment, and maintenance. Good experience with security aspects of public-facing web sites Proven track record in developing enterprise-level software solutions Experience in the identification of complex technical issues proposal of solutions and resolution of calls Desirable Experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship systems, e.g. AOL and Apprenticeship Client Services Systems (ACSS).
