Job Description
We are seeking a Network Engineer with strong AWS experience on behalf of our Dublin-based client in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will help to optimise and maintain the cloud network environment. Duties: Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant network architectures on AWS Implement and manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, and gateways Implement and manage network security measures, including security groups, network ACLs, and WAF Monitor network performance and availability using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools Develop and maintain network automation scripts using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible Requirements: 3+ years experience in network engineering, with a focus on cloud environments At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS networking services Proficiency in designing and managing VPCs, subnets, route tables, and gateways on AWS Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible Familiarity with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, or similar Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation purposes If you are interested in this position, please apply below.
