Job Description
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Proactive support for network infrastructure components
- Timely incident troubleshooting and escalation
- Participation in infrastructure projects
- Monitoring network performance and implementing mechanisms to configure and manage network resources
- Following industry best practices and evaluating risk
- Contribution to technical and procedural documentation
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of related Network Engineering and support experience
- Experience with Cisco switching/routing protocols, firewalls, VPN, wireless, IPAM, DHCP, and DNS
- Knowledge of GMP/GAMP standards
- Excellent problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry related certifications (e.g. CCNA)
