Job Details Our client is seeking a Network Support Engineer Voice to help customers and implement network projects. This role requires delivering support within established Service Level Agreements and timelines, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a customer-facing role, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing consultancy, and working closely with vendor support teams. Responsibilities Troubleshoot networking issues reported by clients. Liaise with the customers to understand their network, provide reports, recommendations and technical detail On-site Installation work, including projects from time to time. Provide technical support by analysing complex customer issues, identify root cause and resolve in accordance with SLAs to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Required: Experience on CISCO CUCM, Cisco Webex Calling or other SIP Based UC platforms is required for this role. Understanding of networking fundamentals Experience as a field engineer or NOC experience Experience of multi-vendor equipment Excellent customer facing skills. Problem solving Works well in a team. Fluent written and verbal communication Excellent time management and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work to deadlines and within SLAs. Eagerness to learn new technologies/skills. Contribute to support documentation and knowledge base articles. Full Driver's License and own Car Qualifications: IT related Degree or Diploma with one of the following Cisco CCNA Cisco CCNP CISCO CCVP Other vendor relevant certs Skills: Cisco Unified Communications Manager Webex SIP
