Job Description
Join our team of forward-thinking product designers in Arista Networks Ireland. As a Product Designer, you will redefine the deployment, management, and monitoring of computer networks, creatively solving user issues and transforming complex processes into intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
* Identify high-impact business problems and define features and user experiences to solve them.
* Transform business and customer requirements into effective, efficient, and elegant solutions.
* Use strong systems thinking to enhance existing workflows and experiences for scalability.
* Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators.
* Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, and innovative designs.
* Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to develop product strategies and designs.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of your design solutions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise environment.
* Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
* Attention to detail, including typography, color choice, interaction patterns, and user flows.
* Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
* Empathy with users and a customer-focused mindset.
* Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
* Ability to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and design process.
