The RoleMy client, an Irish owned insurance intermediary, is seeking an experienced New Business Advisor to join their team based in Galway. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.As the New Business Advisor, you will be responsible for increasing car and home insurance sales.Tasks & DutiesCollaborating with the sales team to focus on increasing car and home insurance sales.Operating in a goal-oriented environment with a competitive salary and an appealing bonus structure.Identifying cross-selling opportunities for additional products and scheduling follow-up calls with customers to explore future sales possibilities.Establishing strong rapport and relationships with both potential and existing customers.Experience, Knowledge & QualificationsExperience as an insurance broker or within the insurance industry is desirable.While APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualifications are preferred, they are not essential.Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.Proficient in IT skills.Previous experience in a sales-oriented, target-driven environment is preferred.A professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, with the ability to be flexible and self-motivated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
