Position: New Business Advisor Personal Lines Location: Galway (Hybrid) Your Role: Work as part of the sales team, focusing on driving car and home insurance sales. Excel in a target-driven environment with an attractive bonus structure alongside a competitive salary. Identify cross-selling opportunities and arrange follow-up calls with customers to explore future sales prospects. Build strong relationships with both potential and existing customers. Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Skills and Experience: Experience as an insurance broker or within the insurance industry is desirable. APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualifications are preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an excellent phone manner. Proficient IT skills. Previous experience in a sales and target-driven environment is preferred. Enthusiastic, professional, positive, and flexible attitude with the ability to self-motivate.
