Junior Sales Role - Drive Business Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through outbound sales experience and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Prospect and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a metric-based sales role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Year 1 OTE €48k - €50k - [Base Salary (DOE) + Commission]
