Junior Sales Role - Archer IT Specialist Recruitment Agency

As a member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, and cultivating relationships with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through outbound sales experience and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Prospect and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a metric-based sales role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR)
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
