Job Description
Seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the expansion of Tuath Housing through new development opportunities, formulating the development programme and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote new acquisition, management & development opportunities aligned with the Association's development strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- Operate with commercial and financial acumen, negotiating and liaising with clients to deliver new business opportunities.
- Manage the New Business team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the property sector.
- Development, construction, negotiation, and legal conveyance process experience.
- Staff management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
