Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through outbound sales experience and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Prospect and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a metric-based sales role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR).
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Year 1 OTE €48k - €50k - [Base Salary (DOE) + Commission]
