In this role, you will be responsible for the organisational growth of Archer through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts. As part of the business development team, you will have an opportunity to meet clients in person and gain full exposure to the client sale cycle. What You Will Do: Drive Growth:Use your outbound sales experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead Generation:Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads. Prospecting:Identify, target, and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline. Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Collaboration:Work closely with our recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with client needs and market trends. What Were Looking For: Minimum 1 year in a metric-based (KPIs/Targets) Sales Role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR) *Sales Experience is Essential* Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and prospecting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
