Technical Sales Representative
Aggreko, the global leader in innovative energy and environmental solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative to specialise in Temperature Control or Power Solutions, supporting critical applications across various industries.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and acquiring customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and bookings objectives for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and associated aftermarket services.
- Identifying gaps in market coverage and creating strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
- Collaborating with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.
- Developing relationships with key accounts and assisting in building national relationships.
- Focusing on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
- Applying strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Managing customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively using CRM tools.
- Following Aggreko's sales process and complying with all CRM and CPQ processes.
You will have:
- Strong experience in a technical selling environment.
- Experience working with Temperature Control or Power equipment.
- A positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment.
- Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust.
