Job Description
Ensure delivery of quality product to the end customer in a timely manner. Primary responsibilities include NPI work, component verification and validation, product validation and certification, and development of production test equipment. Other key duties include customer failure analysis, root cause determination, and quality and cost improvements. Additional responsibilities include giving technical guidance to production technicians, assisting in decision-making related to new products, and providing support to contract manufacturers. Key skills and qualifications include a degree in electronic/computer engineering, experience in a production, quality, test and/or RMA environment, and proficiency in Microsoft tools and various test equipment tools.
