Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled New Product Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a production, quality, test, and/or RMA environment, with a strong understanding of electronic and computer engineering principles. Additionally, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers
- Work closely with hardware and software teams to introduce new products
- Assist in component verification and validation
- Manage product validation and certification
- Develop production test equipment
- Analyze and resolve customer failure issues
- Identify and implement quality and cost improvements
- Maintain product records and documentation
- Provide technical guidance to production technicians
Requirements:
- Degree in electronic/computer engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in production, quality, test, and/or RMA environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
