We are, on behalf of our client, seeking a permanent New Product Technical Advisor to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for new product development, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product development teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle. - Conduct technical evaluations and testing of new products. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and product specifications. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to new products. - Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on new products. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure innovative product solutions. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. - Proven experience in a technical advisory role, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of product development processes and technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
