Part Qualified Accountant Required for Top 10 Accountancy Practice
A Top 10 Accountancy practice in PortLaoise seeks a skilled Part Qualified Accountant to join their Advisory Team.Our client is a leading Accountancy practice based in PortLaoise, seeking an experienced Part Qualified accountant to assist Directors and Partners across Insolvency, Advisory and Tax departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist Directors and Partners across Insolvency, Advisory and Tax departments
- Share restructuring on property advisory business pre and post-acquisitions
- Pre-sale diligence on services business
- Tax advisory on the sale of commercial property portfolio
- Post-debt restructure of businesses
- Vendor side structure and diligence of companies
**Requirements:**
- ACCA/ACA/CPA Part Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 2+ Years working in practice
- Good understanding of accounts preparation and awareness of VAT, PAYE & Payroll
- Good experience with various software systems (RAP, Relate Company Secretary, Core, Sage, Xero etc.)
**Salary and Benefits:**
- €48,000 - €58,000 salary
