The Finance team covers key areas such as management accounting, corporate reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis, in addition to core functions like accounts payable, invoicing, cash collection, and bank management. This newly established Management Accountant role is designed to support the Financial Controller and Director of Finance in ensuring robust financial planning, decision-making, and control. The position aims to strengthen the organizations financial expertise and contribute to its long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cost and material cost analysis, identifying drivers, allocation methods, and control techniques to enhance financial efficiency. Effectively manage, monitor, and report on costs. Ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions to provide clear insights into business performance, financial position, and cash flow. Participate in business transformation and control projects that boost profitability and support informed decision-making. Collaborate with various departments in a diverse, multicultural team. Prepare management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and KPIs, offering a comprehensive view of the companys financial health. Reconcile monthly sales, margins, and balance sheets with external statements and other data sources, ensuring accuracy and confidence in financial reporting. Support third-party audits, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance to provide financial assurance to stakeholders. Use both quantitative and qualitative insights to assist with performance forecasting. Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and support financial decision-making. Experience & Qualifications: Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant. Recently qualified or up to two years post-qualification experience. Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but strong interest in the sector is welcomed. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
