Project Finance Accountant
A global real estate company with live multi-billion euro projects across the globe is seeking a newly qualified accountant to join their project finance team in Dublin.

About the Role
- Part of the project finance team of 8 people, reporting directly into the Project Controller
- Varying duties including project, financial, and management accounting
- Opportunity to progress quickly and take on additional responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Contract and cashflow management, including checking payments against budget and preparing cashflow forecasts
- Reporting requirements, including quarterly management reporting and financial covenant testing
- Preparing quarterly management accounts and assisting with ad-hoc investor reporting
- Managing the annual audit and assisting with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Newly or recently qualified accountant with big 4 or top 10 training in Ireland
- Strong Excel experience and confident communication skills
- Positive attitude and social nature, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
