My client is a global law firm with 1000+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 29 offices and 17 jurisdictions. They are looking to expand their Real Estate team, with the addition of a Real Estate Associate.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.Draft and negotiate contracts related to various types of real estate transactions.Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property-related inquiries.Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with our clients' business strategies.Represent both domestic and international clients in complex real estate deals.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceA qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.NQ - 2 years post-qualification experience specialising in real estate law at a reputable practice.Demonstrated expertise handling large-scale commercial real estate transactions.Excellent negotiation skills accompanied by thorough attention to detail.Strong analytical capabilities for solving complex legal issues related to property matters.Exceptional communication skills capable of building strong client relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
