Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts related to various types of real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with clients' business strategies.
- Represent both domestic and international clients in complex real estate deals.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.
- NQ - 2 years post-qualification experience specialising in real estate law at a reputable practice.
- Demonstrated expertise handling large-scale commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills accompanied by thorough attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities for solving complex legal issues related to property matters.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of building strong client relationships.
