Lead a distributed team of skilled engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain a business-critical application using Node.js and SharePoint.
Marsh McLennan's Dublin Innovation Centre is seeking an experienced Node.js Engineering Lead to share expertise and drive the development of a strategic technology capability.
The ideal candidate will have significant Node.js experience, a background in .NET development, and experience in building and leading distributed technology teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading distributed teams of skilled engineers to build, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications
- Setting technical direction and roadmap for applications, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to understand capabilities required
- Acting as a subject matter expert on applications and problem domain
- Providing thought leadership on technology deployment and innovation
- Coaching, developing, and supporting team members in problem solving and solution delivery
- Driving adoption of DevOps culture and shift-left mindset
