Job Title: Norwegian Sales and Marketing ExecutiveContract: Permanent, Full Time – Mon-FriSalary: €32,000 base pay with €48,000 OTE + benefitsLocation: Dublin City with hybrid plan available (2 days WFO and 3 days WFH) (4 weeks training fully onsite)An exciting opportunity within a well-established international company for either Danish or Norwegian Sales Executives. This role involves B2B sales, business development, and customer support, within the digital marketing sector.Our client is looking for fluent Norwegian speakers to gain and strengthen business partnerships, manage the digital media presence of these partners, and assist in advertising their brand. This role will suit self-starting, creative professionals with a passion for digital marketing and sales/customer service experience.This role entails:Managing a number of Digital Marketing agency accounts, gaining an understanding of the partners' business goals, and turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed. This involves working collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships, troubleshoot and optimize campaigns, communicate new features and enhancements to the Product team, and track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to partners.Requirements:Sales experience required (preferably B2B sales)Communication, presentation, and customer service skillsSelf-motivation, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilitiesFluent Norwegian and English1 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing focused on the Norwegian online social media advertising marketVery strong analytic and reporting skillsKnowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketingExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience interfacing with clientsProficient in ExcelPassion for online technologyDeadline orientedIf you are interested in this role, please apply to Emily Mason via the link attached. #J-18808-Ljbffr
