You will be mentored by a leading professional within their field.Salary: to €60kBenefits: Pension, Discounted Healthcare, Hybrid Working Option, Bonus.The Role: Work across all areas of commercial law and in particular, in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial contractsDraft, negotiate and review all types of commercial contracts and corporate agreementsProvide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clientsAdvise clients in relation to various commercial matters including intellectual property, data protection, e-commerce, corporate transactions, and company law mattersProvide legal advice and assist in managing all phases of complex litigation matters involving all types of litigation before the High Court and the Commercial Court.The Candidate: Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all forms of commercial and corporate agreementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a busy teamAbility to work under pressure and prioritise workloadsStrong organisation and administrative skillsKeyhouse knowledge is preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
