TTM Healthcare is recruiting 2 Nurse Managers/Persons in Charge for a Children's disability residential service in Monaghan and Meath. This is a full-time permanent post.
**Job Summary:** We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our team and provide exceptional care to children with complex needs.
**About the Role:** As a Nurse Manager/Person in Charge, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- **Requirements:**
- A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or Nursing Degree (registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland)
- Minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care sector
- Nursing Degree and experience of looking after children with complex needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
