Job Description
As Nursing Services Manager, the successful candidate will report to and support the Director of Services in the timely, effective, and efficient delivery of nursing services to ensure safe and effective care is provided to service users. Responsibilities include clinical activities, documentation, and development of Nursing services systems. This is a Monday-Friday contract in Dublin with potential travel to other site locations.
Requirements include:
- Registration on the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI)
- At least 5 years of general nursing experience and 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
- Willingness to become an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with financial support and study leave time
- Excellent IT/IS skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Proven clinical and managerial abilities, leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and relevant regulatory requirements
- Permission to work in Ireland
