Occupational Health Nurse Job In Limerick

Occupational Health Nurse required to lead the establishment of a new occupational health department at a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing site in Limerick, promoting employee health, safety, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage occupational health programs and services to promote employee health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Provide best practice healthcare services to employees, assisting them to reach maximum health and productivity.
• Work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Administer vaccines, conduct audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, phlebotomy, VDU assessments, and ergonomics evaluations.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Registered General Nurse with valid NMBI registration.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration OH experience and 1 year in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, report writing, and IT skills.
