Occupational Health Nurse role for a large multinational company in the pharma sector in Galway city, providing services to staff and managing absence and case management.

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a qualified RGN to join an existing team and play a key role in providing occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-employment medicals and checks
• Lead absence management and case management process
• Work with OH physician and team to develop and deliver OH services
• Conduct ergonomic and risk assessments
• Enhance OH related processes and services

Requirements:

• Qualified RGN on the NMBI register
• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health
• Experience in Occupational Health role, including spirometry, audiometry, VDU and phlebotomy, absence case management
• Experience of implementing Covid compliant practices
