Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the occupational therapy team in Galway.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high-quality services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure the team is equipped to deliver excellent services.
Requirements:
- CORU registration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational therapy.
- Experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
