Join our team to support the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain. You'll collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest cost for our customers. As a successful OE Process Engineer, you'll work with multiple stakeholder teams in India to reduce defects or costs, find solutions, and implement improvements. Your responsibilities will include managing process innovation and automation projects, working with stakeholders to improve workflows, and communicating regularly with stakeholders on status, risks, and changes. You'll have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 4+ years of industry experience. You'll need to have a good understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles, operational excellence, and be able to suggest and develop tools to reduce efforts and improve operational efficiencies using lean tools and software development skills.
