Partner Activation is a global organisation focused on the proactive and reactive development of over partners globally. We offer a range of enablement and support services to SAP's Partner Ecosystem.

We are looking for someone passionate about relationship management and with a customer centric mindset. You will work best in an energetic, dynamic, and multicultural team.

This opportunity is a highly responsible Partner Management role where you will develop and maintain professional relationships with your designated SAP Partners.

You will act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, managing the relationship, resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction. You will also identify new OEM partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business in alignment with company strategy.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success and manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal or termination. You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on partner performance and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OEM and software distribution models, proven experience in managing partner relationships and commercial agreements, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.

They will be a pro-active and result-oriented team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. They will also have confidence working across all levels in an organisation, be highly credible both internally and externally, and have strong project management and multitasking abilities.

The role requires analytical thinking with proficiency in CRM tools and partner management software, the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point.

A Business/IT Degree is required. Experience with SAP Systems would be an advantage.
