Job Description
Off-Licence Manager sought to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, driving sales and providing excellent customer service.
Main duties include managing stock, merchandising, and controlling overheads, as well as enhancing product knowledge and staff training.
Experience in off-licence and retail management is required, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales through KPI reports, financial reports, brand initiatives, customer initiatives, and employee knowledge.
- Adhere to stocktaking procedures and ensure accuracy.
- Purchase stock in accordance with procedures and control stock rotation.
- Merchandise and present the department to the highest standard.
- Monitor and control department overheads.
- Enhance product knowledge and share ideas with employees and management.
- Ensure staff are competent in duties and receive adequate training.
About the role:
- Fixed-term contract from November to February.
- Full-time position.
