Off-Licence Manager role: Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
- Mentor and train staff to meet sales and service targets
- Product Knowledge and Merchandising
- Stay up-to-date with wine, craft beer, and premium spirits trends
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and promotional materials
- Operations and Finance
- Manage inventory and stock levels to maximize sales and reduce waste
- Monitor and control department overheads
- Analyse sales data and KPI reports to inform business decisions
- Store Standards and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in retail
- Desirable: WSET Level 2 or alternative wine course, experience in off-licence sales
