We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Accounts Administrator to join our busy South Dublin office. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales, compliance, and accounts teams. Support the accounts team with general accounting tasks, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and addressing candidate & client queries. Maintain accurate client contact information and ensure that files meet both business and client compliance requirements. Assist with updating bookings and managing candidate records. Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations. Qualifications & Skills: 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or similar role. Strong IT skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills for working with multiple teams and departments.
