Office & Accounts Administrator Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth Salary:€32k Hours: MondayThursday 8.30am5pm, Friday 8.30am4pm Job ref: S011579 Role This is a quite a varied general administration and accounts role and training will be provided. Accounts duties will include: Entering invoices on the system Checking off payments that have been entered on the system Checking statements against accounts etc. Administration duties will include: Answering emails Assisting putting orders on the system Checking stock Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of office administration and some accounts related administration experience Solid work track record MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong typing / data entry skills Excellent telephone and customer service skills Fluent written and spoken English For more information please send your CV in confidence through the link.
