Job Description

Our client based close to the Lough Atalia Road in Galway City are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. As Office Administrator you will be responsible for general administration, invoicing, taking payments, delivery driver scheduling and processing sales orders. Key Responsibilities Processing of sales orders Scheduling delivery routes for drivers Processing of accounts payable/receivable invoices and payments and dealing with any queries that arise. Daily cash lodgement checks and reviews. Reviewing card payment transactions and reconciliations. Other ad hoc duties include general office admin where necessary. Key Skills and attributes Experience and ability to work to deadlines Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills Fluent in English both written and oral Strong end user computing skills and experience in particular in MS Excel. This role is full time and permanent. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm. You will also be required to 2 Saturdays each month(very flexible to suit) (9 to 1pm Overtime paid) This position is based on site and does not allow working from home.
