An Office Administrator is required to join a busy team on a 6-month initial contract (20 hours per week).
Responsibilities include reception duties, administration of office and HR activities, setting up meetings, maintaining data and files, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
Ideal candidate has a proven background in administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and computer literacy.
Additional requirements include excellent coordination skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and accuracy and attention to detail with good follow-up skills.
