Job Description
Our client, a property management company are hiring for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary part-time basis.
Hours: 9am - 1pm €15-20 per hour Based in Cherrywood, Dublin 18 Required attributes *Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
*Strong analytical skills: Able to analyse information and/or research a topic and develop conclusions/recommendations.
*Strong process orientation: Able to improve current processes and develop more systematic approaches to our work.
*Strong planning and organisational skills.
*Strong IT Skills (MS Office, MS Teams, willing to learn new systems and to liaise with technical contractors and developers).
*Good team player - able to work well with others to achieve a result.
*Strong interpersonal and/or customer service skills.
*Communicates well in-person and on paper.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Able to complete work on time to a high standard.
