Job Description

  • Answer customer calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Deal with general customer queries, invoice requests, and statement of accounts.
  • Process daily/weekly credits, over charges for customers, and update warranties.
  • Confirm daily despatch dockets and ensure POS are on dockets for specific customers.
  • Take payments, send/receive invoices, and generate POs.
  • Prepare monthly petty cash report and forward receipts.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly stock checks for Cork and Dublin warehouses and purchase products.
  • Edit costs on Excel and update standard landed costs on Sage.
  • Coordinate freight for product delivery and request Copper Test certificates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an Office Administrator, ideally in a warehouse environment.
  • Sage experience.
  • Accounts assistant experience and duties highly desirable.
  • Purchasing experience highly desirable.
